Job Description

Secondary Book Press (Pvt) Ltd is inviting applications from suitably qualified personnel to fill in the post of Accounts Clerk. The incumbents will report to the Finance Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities include:
1. Reconciling Customer and Supplier Accounts
2. Communicating with Clients and Suppliers on Status of their Accounts
3. Review clients on Credit arrangements
4. Assist in Preparation of monthly reports
5. Cashbook Reconciliation
6. Assist in Maintenance of Asset Register
7. Any other Finance duties that may be assigned.

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements and qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
2. One year working experience
3. Ability to use Sage or relevant accounting package software
