Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our firm. This is an exciting opportunity to support our daily accounting and administration duties to the success of our business

Duties and Responsibilities

- Assist with processing of financial transactions
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
- Maintain and update financial database and spreadsheets
- Provide administrative support to the accounting team
- Collaborate with other departments to address financial issues and queries

Qualifications and Experience

- Diploma or equivalent (Degree an added advantage)
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong knowledge in accounting packages - Microsoft, QuickBooks, etc.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with others
- Excellent attention to details and strong organizational skills
