Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
• Drafting of Quotations and Invoicing
• Liaising with Customers for Orders
• Management of daily financial expenses
• Daily sales Reports
• Research of potential clients.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Assisting with locally sourced products and services
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database
• Provide daily sales and inventory reports
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
• Liase with external accounting firm on ZIMRA obligations
• Payroll
• Carrying out stock take reconciliation
• Daily bank reconciliations
• VAT returns schedules to be prepared monthly
• Maintain payment schedules for debtors and creditors
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Accounting
Clean driver's license
At least three years' experience using SAGE EVOLUTION software is MANDATORY
Experience with use of ZIMRA fiscal devices is required
Experience in Paint and Paint Accessories is an added advantage
Candidate must have excellent people skills and be proactive with the ability to improve efficiency within the finance department***
