Duties and Responsibilities

• Drafting of Quotations and Invoicing
• Liaising with Customers for Orders
• Management of daily financial expenses
• Daily sales Reports
• Research of potential clients.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Assisting with locally sourced products and services
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal database
• Provide daily sales and inventory reports
• Carry out other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
• Liase with external accounting firm on ZIMRA obligations
• Payroll
• Carrying out stock take reconciliation
• Daily bank reconciliations
• VAT returns schedules to be prepared monthly
• Maintain payment schedules for debtors and creditors

Qualifications and Experience

 Degree in Accounting
 Clean driver's license
 At least three years' experience using SAGE EVOLUTION software is MANDATORY
 Experience with use of ZIMRA fiscal devices is required
 Experience in Paint and Paint Accessories is an added advantage
 Candidate must have excellent people skills and be proactive with the ability to improve efficiency within the finance department***
