3. Trust accounting.
4. Monthly and annual budgets.
5. Managing debtors and creditors.
6. Managing the front office and general office administration.
7. Service provider and tender applications.
8. Keeping statutory payments upto date.
9. Managing compliance with professional membership boards.
10. Managing the Director’s diary.
11. Monitoring posts on website and social media pages.
12. Maintaining an updated asset register.
