SUPPLIER REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Certificate of Incorporation
2. CR14
3. Current Tax Clearance Certificate/TIN Number (mandatory for all applicants including individuals)
4. Company Profile with clear physical address and contacts
5. Clear banking details with clearly defined payment terms
6. Non-refundable application fee of US$50.00 per category
